The daughter of Hells Angels leader Maurice Boucher has made bail, three weeks after she was arrested in a massive police operation that targeted her father's organization, the Italian Mafia and street gangs.
26 year old Alexandra Mongeau has been in custody since being charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
Mongeau is free with several conditions including staying at home 24 hours a day and reporting to police once a month.
She along with her father, who is currently serving a life sentence for murder at the Special Handling Unit of the Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines penitentiary and Gregory Wolley, the suspected street gang leader in Montreal are all accused of planning to murder Raynald Desjardins a former Hells Angels and Rizzutto family associate.
Mongeau has also been forbidden to communicate with her father.
She will only be allowed to speak to her mother at Christmas.
